摘要
以领从蹄鼓式制动器为结构基础,设计一种搭载楔式张开机构与冲焊蹄的楔式制动器。基于三维造型软件完成了楔式制动器的建模并导入至ANSYS中,建立楔式制动器热-结构直接耦合场分析模型,分别对匀速持续制动工况和紧急制动工况进行分析,得到匀速制动工况以及紧急制动工况时的制动鼓温度场分布云图和等效应力场分布云图。
A wedge brake with wedge opening mechanism and punching and welding shoes is designed based on the structure of the drum brake.The 3D wedge brake modeling is imported into ANSYS to build the thermal-structural direct coupling field model for analyzing braking conditions under both the continuous constant speed and emergency situations.We get the temperature field and equal effect force field distribution nephogram of the brake drum under the continuous constant speed and emergency braking conditions.
