综采工作面瓦斯分布规律及上隅角瓦斯治理 被引量:3

摘要 为进一步掌握综采工作面的瓦斯运移和积聚规律,本文结合屯兰矿18402工作面实际情况,分析了工作面的主要瓦斯来源和基本运移方式,并利用FLUENT软件建立了工作面的瓦斯运移模型,数值模拟结果显示工作面内由进风巷到回风巷的瓦斯浓度逐渐升高,且在回风上隅角存在风速小、气压低、瓦斯浓度高的倒三角锥形区域,为解决回风上隅角瓦斯聚集问题,18402工作面采取了采空区埋管抽采、吊挂风障、加强监测和管理等治理措施,实际效果明显。 In order to further grasp the law of gas transportation and accumulation in the comprehensive mining working face,this paper combined with the actual situation of 18402 working face of Tunlan Mine,analyzed the main gas sources and basic transportation mode of the working face,and established the gas transportation model of the working face by using FLUENT software,the numerical simulation results show that the gas concentration in the working face gradually increases from the inlet to the return air alley,and in the return air upper corner In order to solve the problem of gas accumulation in the upper corner of the return wind,18402 working face adopts management measures such as burying pipe extraction in the extraction area,hanging wind barriers,strengthening monitoring and management,etc.,with obvious practical effects.
