摘要
近年来,PBL教学模式开始取代传统的教学方法,逐步应用于国内外多所高校教学工作中,并取得了较好的效果,受到了教育工作者的青睐。总结了PBL教学法在各个学科中的应用,针对“食品化学”课程教学存在的部分问题,创新性地构建了基于PBL教学法的“食品化学”课程新教学体系,并进行了具体实践,以适应高等教育的发展形势,培养高素质食品专业人才。
Recently,PBL teaching model favored by the educators is being used to replace the traditional teaching methods,which is applied to the teaching work of many universities at home and abroad.It has achieved good effect.The purpose of this paper aimed to summarize the application of the PBL method in various disciplines and help construct a new teaching system of Food Chemistry based on the PBL teaching method to deal with some current problems.The work from this paper would be a great help for adapting the development of high education and train high-quality food professionals.
