摘要
目的探讨肿瘤放射治疗专业规培医师教学实践中引入LPCBL(lecture,problem and case based learning)联合MDT教学模式的效果。方法选取2016年9月—2019年11月在医院放疗科轮转的68名规培医师为研究对象。根据所提供的教学模式的不同,将2016年9月—2017年8月的19名规培医师归为对照组(常规教学组),2017年9月—2019年11月的49名规培医师归为试验组(LPCBL+MDT教学组)。从教学效果(标准化考试成绩)及教学满意度(问卷调查)两方面做比较分析。结果在放疗基础理论成绩、放疗病例分析成绩及放疗靶区勾画成绩等方面,试验组规培医师对比对照组均具有优势,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在带教老师满意度、学习动力与兴趣、理论知识掌握度、临床思维能力及临床协作能力等方面,试验组规培医师对比对照组均具有优势,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将LPCBL联合MDT教学模式引入肿瘤放疗专业规培医师教学实践中,有利于提高教学效果及满意度。
Objective To explore the application effects of LPCBL combined with MDT teaching mode in training of radiation oncology residents.Methods 68 residents were enrolled in this study.19 residents from September 2016 to August 2017 were included in the control group(the regular teaching group),and 49 residents from September 2017 to November 2019 were included in the experimental group(LPCBL+MDT teaching group).Comparative analysis was used in teaching effects and teaching satisfaction.Results The scores of basic theories,case analysis and delineation of experimental group were superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of teachers'satisfaction,learning motivation and interest,theoretical knowledge mastery,clinical thinking ability and clinical cooperation ability,the experimental group had advantages over the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion LPCBL combined with MDT can effectively improve the effect of training of resident doctors in radiation oncology,and has positive effects on teaching satisfaction.
