摘要
针对某大型发电机定子下线后的铁心绝缘损坏检测试验,介绍了传统的定子铁心损耗试验法和EL CID测试法的工作原理和现场试验,通过分析对比两种检测方法的优缺点,得出EL CID测试法具有低励磁磁通、能减少对层间绝缘进一步损坏的特点,可更快速、安全地判断出定子铁心安装的整体质量。
Aiming at the insulation damage detection test of a large generator stator after offline,the working principle and field test of traditional stator core loss test method and El Cid test method are introduced.By analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two detection methods,it is concluded that the EL CID test method has the characteristics of low excitation flux and can reduce further damage to the interlayer insulation,and can more quickly and safely determine the overall quality of the stator core installation.
