摘要
深入研究GOST 27772—1988标准和用户使用要求,采用Nb-Ti-Ni微合金成分设计,利用4300 mm宽厚板生产线设备,通过控轧控冷工艺生产了8~60 mm厚C345系列结构钢板。该钢具有较高的强度和良好的低温冲击韧性、时效性、冷弯性,各项性能指标均满足标准和用户使用要求。
GOST 27772-1988 standard and user requirements were studied in depth.Nb-Ti-Ni microalloy composition design was adopted.8-60 mm thickness C345 series structural steel plate was produced by controlled rolling and controlled cooling process using 4300 mm wide and thick plate production line.The steel has high strength,good low temperature impact toughness,aging performance and cold bending,and all performance indexes meet the standards and user requirements.
