凌云乌鸡13〜16周龄对代谢能、粗蛋白质和苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸适宜需要量的研究 被引量:7

The study on appropriate requirements of ME,protein and Phe+Tyr of Lingyun black chicken in the age of 13-16 weeks

摘要 研究旨在探索凌云乌鸡母鸡13~16周龄日粮中代谢能(ME)、粗蛋白质(CP)及苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸(Phe+Tyr)的适宜水平。试验设定3个ME水平(11.93、12.54和13.15 MJ/kg)、3个CP水平(15%、16%和17%)和3个Phe+Tyr水平(1.3%、1.5%和1.7%),共9种日粮。选取84日龄健康状况良好、体重一致的凌云乌鸡母鸡540只,随机分为9组,每组3个重复,每重复20只。结果表明:随着日粮代谢能水平的提高,母鸡对能量、粗蛋白表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05);而母鸡血清尿素氮、总蛋白和球蛋白的水平、母鸡的料重比显著降低(P<0.05)。中能水平显著提高母鸡的全净膛率和胸肌率(P<0.05)。随着日粮粗蛋白水平的提高,母鸡的血清球蛋白水显著提高(P<0.05);母鸡对粗蛋白和钙的表观消化率显著降低(P<0.05)。中蛋白水平日粮显著提高母鸡的屠宰率、半净膛率和全净膛率(P<0.05)。中等Phe+Tyr水平日粮显著降低母鸡的半净膛和全净膛率(P<0.05)。随着日粮Phe+Tyr水平的提高,母鸡血清血糖、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白含量显著提高(P<0.05),母鸡的腿肌率显著降低(P<0.05)。研究表明,13~16周龄凌云乌鸡母鸡日粮适宜代谢能、粗蛋白质和苯丙氨酸+酪氨酸组合为:12.54 MJ/kg、16%、1.7%。 The study was to explore the appropriate levels of metabolizable energy(ME),crude protein(CP)and phenylalanine+tyrosine(Phe+Tyr)in 13-16 week-old diet of Lingyun black chickens.The experiment set three ME levels(11.93,12.54 and 13.15 MJ/kg),three CP levels(15%,16%and 17%)and three Phe+Tyr levels(1.3%,1.5%and 1.7%).A total of nine diets were selected,and 540 Lingyun black chickens with good health and uniform weight were selected at 84 days of age,and the chickens were randomly divided into nine groups with three replicates in each group and 20 chickens in each replicate.The results showed that the apparent digestibility of energy and crude protein in chickens increased significantly with the increase in the level of dietary metabolizable energy(P<0.05);while the levels of serum urea nitrogen,total proteinlevel,globulin level and feed-to-weight ratio of chickens were significantly reduced(P<0.05),and the intermediate energy level significantly improved the evisceration rate and breast muscle rate of the chickens(P<0.05).With the increase of dietary crude protein level,the serum globulin level of chickens increased significantly(P<0.05);the apparent digestibility of crude protein and calcium of chickens decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the diets with medium protein levels significantly improve the slaughter rate,half evisceration rate and full evisceration rate of chickens(P<0.05).Diets with medium Phe+Tyr levels significantly reduced the half and full evisceration rate of chickens(P<0.05).With the increase of dietary Phe+Tyr levels,the serum blood glucose,total protein,albumin,and globulin content of chicken increased significantly(P<0.05),while the rate of leg muscles of chickens decreased significantly(P<0.05).The study indicates that the suitable metabolic energy,crude protein and combination of Phe+Tyr for 13-16 week-old Lingyun black chickens are 12.54 MJ/kg,16%,and 1.7%,respectively.
