神经退行性疾病动物模型嗅觉障碍的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 神经退行性疾病是由神经元结构或功能逐渐丧失导致认知及运动障碍的一类不可逆损伤性疾病。其病理改变主要表现为中枢神经的老年斑、神经元纤维缠结、神经元减少等。在神经退行性疾病中,嗅觉障碍通常比经典的运动和认知障碍发生的更早,故将嗅觉障碍作为神经退行性疾病的临床标志有助于此类疾病的早期发现,而其病理过程、发病机制的研究以及治疗药物的筛选和评价都需要合适的动物模型。因此,本文就不同神经退行性疾病嗅觉功能障碍的主要动物模型作一综述。 Neurodegenerative diseases are irreversible diseases caused by the gradual loss of neuronal structure or function,leading to cognitive or motor disorders.The pathological changes mainly include senile plaques in the central nervous system,neurofibrillary tangles and neuronal loss.In neurodegenerative diseases,olfactory dysfunction usually occurs earlier than classic motor and cognitive disorders.Using olfactory dysfunction as a clinical sign of neurodegenerative disease can help us to detect such diseases in the early stage.Investigation of the neuropathogenesis of the disease as well as screening and evaluation of therapeutic drugs require appropriate animal models.Therefore,in this paper,we review the main animal models of olfactory dysfunction in different neurodegenerative diseases.
