摘要
为提高玄武岩纤维树脂混凝土结构的静动态性能,以VMC850B立式加工中心床身为例,基于有限元,采用灵敏度分析和蒙特卡洛法对床身7个工艺孔进行分析。忽略孔的质量影响后,在前3阶加权固有频率提高了1%的同时,其x方向变形减少5%。研究表明:玄武岩纤维树脂混凝土的静态性能不足可以通过合理设计床身孔的大小和位置来提高。
To improve the static and dynamic properties of basalt fiber resinforced polymer concrete bed,taken VMC850B vertical machining center bed as an example,sensitivity analysis and Monte Carlo method were adopted to analyze 7 process holes in the bed.Regardless of the influence of hole quality,the weighted natural frequency of the first 3 orders increased by 1%,while the deformation in x direction decreased by 5%.The research shows that the static performance of basalt fiber resinforced polymer concrete can be improved by reasonable designing of the size and position of bed hole.
