毛细管熔体静电纺丝法制备热塑性聚氨酯纤维 被引量:4

Preparation of Thermoplastic Polyurethane Fiber by Capillary Melt Electrospinning

摘要 由于热塑性聚氨酯具有耐磨性、抗凝血性、生物相容性较好及价格低廉等特点,聚氨酯纤维具有较高的断裂伸长率及良好的塑性变形能力,被广泛应用于服装、组织支架、伤口敷料等领域。熔体静电纺丝法具有无有毒溶剂残留、易产业化等特点。文章通过分析热塑性聚氨酯的可纺性,并利用自主产权的熔体毛细管静电纺丝设备对制备热塑性聚氨酯超细纤维的最佳参数进行研究。结果表明,当纺丝温度为200℃、纺丝距离为9 cm、纺丝电压为50 kV时,制备得到的纤维直径达到最小值,其值为6.7μm。随着纺丝距离的增大,纤维直径分布变化不显著;但是,随着纺丝电压的增大,纤维平均直径减小,纤维直径分布呈下降的趋势。 Thermoplastic polyurethane had the advantages of abrasion resistance,anticoagulation,good biocompatibility,and low price.Urethane fibers had a high elongation at break and good plastic deformation ability.They were widely used in clothing and tissues.Stent,wound dressing and other fields.Melt electrostatic spinning method had the advantages of no toxic solvent residue and obvious industrial advantages.The article analyzes the spinnability of thermoplastic polyurethane.In this paper,the spinnability of thermoplastic polyurethane was explored,and the melt capillary capillary electrospinning equipment with independent property rights was used to explore the best parameters for preparing thermoplastic polyurethane ultrafine fibers.The temperature was 200℃,the spinning distance was 9 cm,and the spinning voltage was 50 kV.The finest fiber was 6.7μm.As the spinning distance increases,the fiber diameter distribution did not change significantly,but as the spinning voltage increases,the fiber the average diameter became thinner,but the fiber diameter distribution showed a downward trend.
