摘要
SPECT/CT融合技术、图像重建算法、光子补偿技术等的不断完善和应用使得单光子发射计算机断层扫描(single photon-emission computed tomography,SPECT)已经能够开展类似于正电子发射型计算机断层扫描(positron-emission tomography,PET)的定量分析。SPECT/CT定量分析中使用最多的是锝-99m(technetinum-99m,99mTc)标记的放射性药物,该文综述了99mTc定量SPECT/CT在骨关节、甲状腺等疾病中的应用及局限,并对定量SPECT/CT的应用前景进行了展望。
With the development and application of SPECT/CT fusion technology,image reconstruction algorithm and photon compensation technology,the single-photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)has been able to conduct quantitative analysis similar to positron-emission computed tomography(PET).Technetium-99 m(99 mTc)labelled radiopharmaceuticals are most commonly used in SPECT/CT quantitative analysis.This article reviews the application and limitation of 99 mTc quantitative SPECT/CT in bone,joint and thyroid diseases,and prospects the application of 99 mTc quantitative SPECT/CT.
