摘要
转子系统因制造、装配等原因均会产生不平衡现象,需要进行动平衡操作。现有的动平衡方法多是基于影响系数法,其在动平衡计算中需要先添加试重以计算影响系数矩阵,而加装试重的大小与相位会直接对动平衡精度产生影响。通过试验对比研究发现,相比于试重大小其加装相位将对动平衡结果产生决定性的影响。因此,应保持试重相位与初始不平衡相位接近,以保证动平衡精度。
Rotor system may be unbalanced in the manufacturing and assembly processes,therefore dynamic balancing is needed.The most commonly used dynamic balancing method is the influence coefficient method,which requires test weights to be added to calculate the influence coefficient matrix.The weight and phase of the test weights will directly influence the accuracy of dynamic balancing.Through experiments and comparison,we have found that the phase of the test weights has a decisive influence on the dynamic balancing results.Therefore,the phase of the test weights should be kept close to the initial unbalance phase,so as to ensure the accuracy of dynamic balancing.
