摘要
"低速轻载"是现代城市轨道交通的发展方向,作为行走的关键部件,车轮质量的好坏对于城市轨道交通的安全性、舒适性与经济性起着至关重要的影响,球墨铸铁材料因其具有较好的可塑性、耐磨性以及低成本等优点,逐渐在城市轨道交通中广泛应用。球墨铸铁材料的基体组织对于其力学行为和耐磨性能具有重要影响,为探讨成分与性能之间的内在联系,对四种不同珠光体含量下的球墨铸铁材料进行了研究,以期能为该材料在城市轨道交通中的应用推广提供借鉴。
"Low speed and light load"is the development direction of modern urban rail transit.As the key parts of the train,the quality of wheels has a vital impact on the safety,comfort and economy of urban rail transit.Nodular cast iron materials are widely used in urban rail transit due to their good plasticity,good wear resistance and low cost.The matrix structure of the nodular cast iron has an important influence on its mechanical behavior and wear resistance.In order to explore the internal relationship between composition and properties,four kinds of nodular cast iron materials with different pearlite contents were studied,so as to provide reference for the application and popularization of the material in urban rail transit.
