摘要
针对煤炭开采过程中出现的大量矸石排放问题,探讨基于矸石充填开采技术,从拟定巷道的布置方案,到细化充填工艺;使用砌墙+锚索联合支护方式,对充填工作面顶板进行沿空留巷支护,确保巷道不变形,实现矸石的井下处理;应用表明,矸石充实率从75%提高到85%,生产效率提高约50%,每年可节约支出约1905万元;基本解决矸石排放带来的生态环境破坏问题,实现矸石等固体废弃物井下综合处理,保障矿井正常生产,改善矿区周边生活环境。
Aiming at the problem of a large number of gangue discharge in the process of coal mining,the author discusses the mining technology based on gangue filling from drafting the layout of the roadway to refining the filling process,and adopts gob-side entry retaining support in the roof of the filling face to ensure that the roadway is not deformed and realize the underground treatment of gangue by using the combined support method of masonry wall+anchor cable,which basically solves the problem of ecological environment damage caused by gangue discharge,realizes the comprehensive underground treatment of gangue and other solid waste,ensures the normal production of mines,and improves the living environment around the mining area.The gangue enrichment rate is increased from 75%to 85%,the production efficiency is increased by about 50%,and the annual saving expenditure is about 19.05 million yuan.
