摘要
目的探讨β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、肝细胞生长因子(HGF)对足月窒息新生儿早期肾损伤的诊断价值。方法选取佛山市妇幼保健院于2018年2月2019年12月收治的100例足月窒息新生儿作为研究组,另选取同期我院接生50例足月健康新生儿作为对照组。比较两组新生儿β2-MG、HGF检测结果,比较研究组内发生肾损伤及未发生肾损伤的窒息新生儿β2-MG、HGF检测结果。结果研究组β2-MG、HGF水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组发生肾损伤患儿β2-MG、HGF水平均显著高于未发生肾损伤患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论发生肾损伤的窒息新生儿β2-MG、HGF水平显著上升,β2-MG、HGF对诊断窒息新生儿肾损伤情况具有重要的辅助价值。
Objective To investigate the value ofβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG)and hepatocyte growth factor(HGF)in the diagnosis of early renal injury in newborns with term asphyxia.Methods One hundred full-term asphyxia newborns admitted in Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research group,and 50 healthy term newborns delivered in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The detection results ofβ2-MG and HGF in newborns of the two groups were compared,and the detection results ofβ2-MG and HGF in newborns of asphyxia with and without renal injury in the study group were compared.Results The levels ofβ2-MG and HGF in asphyxia neonates in the study group were significantly higher than those in healthy neonates in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).The levels ofβ2-MG and HGF in children with renal injury in the study group were significantly higher than those without renal injury,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels ofβ2-MG and HGF in asphyxia neonates with renal injury are significantly increased.β2-MG and HGF have important auxiliary value in the diagnosis of renal injury in asphyxia neonates.
