摘要 高等教育发展大众化、高等教育发展国际化、高校英语教师专业化发展都对当前高校英语教师的教学能力提出了挑战,高校英语教师积极参与继续教育是新时代社会多元化发展背景下社会对这些教师提出的新要求,高校英语教师接受继续教育培训势在必行。这就需要这些教师在继续教育过程中结合自身的学习特征,选择适合自己的学习路径,更好地呈现继续教育学习效果。文章阐述了高校英语教师继续教育的必要性,分析了合作学习模式的优势,并在此基础上深入研究合作学习模式在高校英语教师继续教育中的应用。 The popularization and internationalization of the development of higher education as well as the professional development of English teachers in colleges and universities all pose challenges to the teaching ability of current college English teachers.The active participation of college English teachers in continuing education is a new requirement put forward by the society under the background of diversified social development in the new era,and it is imperative for college English teachers to receive continuing education and training.This requires these teachers to combine their own learning characteristics in the process of continuing education by choosing the learning path suitable for themselves so as to better present the learning effect of continuing education.This article expounds the necessity of continuing education for English teachers,analyzes the advantages of the cooperative learning model,and explores the application of the cooperative learning model in the continuing education of college English teachers through in-depth research on the basis.
