Mg/Fe-SBA-15吸附剂的制备及其脱硫性能

摘要 采用浸渍法和共浸渍法分别制备了Fe-SBA-15,Mg/Fe-SBA-15吸附剂。借助X射线衍射技术和N2吸附-脱附技术表征了吸附剂的织构性质;运用吡啶-傅里叶变换红外光谱技术和NH3程序升温脱附技术表征了吸附剂的酸性质;利用静态吸附实验,评价了吸附剂对噻吩模拟油的脱硫性能。结果表明:在SBA-15吸附剂中,铁物种的引入构筑出L酸活性位;镁物种与铁物种形成的协同效应改善了吸附剂的酸性质,进而提高了吸附剂的脱硫性能;当镁物种引入质量分数为3%时,Mg/Fe-SBA-15吸附剂对噻吩模拟油的脱硫率达到51.6%。 Adsorbents Fe-SBA-15 and Mg/Fe-SBA-15 were prepared with impregnation and co-impregnation methods respectively.The texture properties of the above adsorbents were characterized by X-ray diffraction and N2 adsorption-desorption techniques.Their acid properties were analyzed by pyridine-Fourier infrared spectroscopy and NH3 temperature programmed desorption techniques.The desulfurization performance of adsorbents on thiophene simulation oil was evaluated by static adsorption experiments.The results showed that the Lewis acid active site was constructed by introducing Fe species into SBA-15 adsorbent.The synergistic effect of Mg&Fe species had improved the acidity properties of the adsorbents,thus enhanced their desulfurization performance.The desulfurization rate of Mg/Fe-SBA-15 adsorbent on thiophene simulation oil had reached 51.6%when the mass fraction of Mg species introduced was 3%.
