摘要
采用化学共沉淀法,以六水合三氯化铁和四水合二氯化铁为原料,制备了Fe_(3)O_(4)磁性纳米粒子;然后,在其表面,采用Stober法将有机硅氧烷直接水解得到了Fe_(3)O_(4)/SiO2磁性微球。结果表明:Fe_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)磁性微球具有核-壳结构,粒径约为200 nm,Fe_(3)O_(4)纳米粒子完全包裹于SiO2内部;Fe_(3)O_(4)磁性纳米粒子和Fe_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)磁性微球均具有超顺磁性,比饱和磁化强度分别为52.6,1.3(A·m^(2))/kg。
Fe_(3)O_(4)magnetic nanoparticles were prepared by co-precipitation method with ferric chloride hexahydrate and ferric chloride tetrahydrate as raw materials.The Stober method was used to directly hydrolyze organosiloxane on the particle surface to obtain Fe_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)magnetic microspheres.The results showed that these magnetic microspheres had a core-shell structure with the particle size of about 200 nm,Fe_(3)O_(4)magnetic nanoparticles was completely wrapped in the SiO_(2).Fe_(3`)O_(4)magnetic nanoparticles and Fe_(3)O_(4)/SiO_(2)magnetic microspheres were both superparamagnetic,with specific saturation magnetization of 52.6 and 1.3(A·m^(2))/kg respectivel.
