摘要
市场经济背景下,村庄社会的经济关联和社会关联不断弱化,文化建设是振兴村落共同体的重要出路。考察农村文化建设的历史沿革和实践经验,发现“行政包办”和“激活社会”是两种主要的乡村文化建设方式。“行政包办”式文化建设因忽视乡村社会自主性和农民需求乡土性,陷入供需错位、资源闲置浪费等困境。山东博山发掘传统农耕文化资源,通过分类识别、思想引领、组织再造等机制激活村庄内生性文化优势、激发村民参与文化建设的主体性,实现从“行政包办”向“激活社会”的文化建设逻辑转换。“激活社会”式文化建设以优秀道德观念为媒介凝聚村民价值共识,以民俗活动为载体营造村民互动空间,再造村民间的社会性联结,促进村落共同体振兴。
Against the background of market economy,the economic and social connections of village society are constantly weakened,while cultural construction is an important way to revitalize village community.After investigating the historical evolution and practical experience of rural cultural construction,it is found that“administrative monopolization”and“social activation”are two main ways of rural cultural construction.Due to the neglect of the autonomy of rural society and the locality of farmers'demands,the“administrative monopolization”for cultural construction falls into the dilemma of mismatch between supply and demand,much waste of resources and so on.By exploring the endogenous cultural resources of villages,Boshan in Shandong province takes advantage of its traditional farming culture and stimulates the subjectivity of villagers to participate in cultural construction through practical mechanisms based on proper classification,ideological guidance and organizational reconstruction,thus having realized the logical transformation of cultural construction from“administrative monopolization”to“social activation”.“The model of activating the society”in cultural construction uses excellent moral concepts as the medium to realize a consensus of the villagers'values,the folk activities as the carrier to create an interactive space among villagers,reconstructs the social connection among villagers,and promotes the revitalization of village community.
