早产儿生后黄金1小时救护措施的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 在我国,极低出生体质量儿(very low birth weight,VLBW)和超低出生体质量儿(extremely low birth weight,ELBW)发生率分别为0.7%和0.2%[1],这类早产儿由于各方面极端发育不成熟,需专业的救护措施来帮助他们提高生存质量。VLBW、ELBW在三级医院进行分娩管理及出生后立即获得重症监护是其能存活、达到损伤最小化最为关键的第一步,如不能及时给予恰当的救护措施,可能导致病情恶化,严重影响预后,通常把出生后的这个关键阶段称为黄金数分钟或者黄金1小时[2],这个期间包括复苏、转运、重症监护等救护干预措施,如呼吸循环支持,维持体温、血糖、内环境稳定等,尽可能避免和减少损伤,从而减少颅内出血、慢性肺疾病(CLD)和早产儿视网膜病变(ROP)等严重并发症发生。
