摘要
基于热锻模失效总体研究现状,结合热锻模工作过程中的实际磨损情况,分析了多因素作用下热锻模的摩擦磨损机理,将扩散磨损理论应用在热锻模中,针对性地提出改善锻模磨损的有效措施,讨论了热锻模PVD涂层将是延缓锻模磨损的有效方法,并基于扩散磨损理论开发的扩散阻挡涂层延长了活塞头锻模的使用寿命。
Based on the overall research status of hot forging die failure,combined with the actual wear situation of hot forging die in application,the friction and wear mechanism of hot forging die under the action of multiple factors was analyzed.The diffusion wear theory was applied to hot forging die,and several effective measures to improve the wear of forging die were put forward.It considered that PVD coating of hot forging die would be an effective way to delay the wear of forging die.The diffusion barrier coating based on the diffusion wear theory greatly improved the service life of piston head forging die.
