摘要
目的探讨心悦胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法选择2017年5月至2018年10月天津市职业病防治院收治的160例慢性充血性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各80例。对照组采取常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采取心悦胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、心搏量(SV)、心排出量(CO)及脑利钠肽(BNP)、抗利尿激素(ADH)水平均较对照组改善明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组生理机能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心悦胶囊治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭患者的效果显著,有助于促进BNP及ADH水平的恢复,稳定患者病情,提高其生命质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of Xinyue Capsule on chronic congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 160 patients with chronic congestive heart failure admitted to Tianjin Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from May 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the research subjects.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Xinyue Capsules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of experimental group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of left ventricular eetion fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),cardiac volume(SV),cardiac output(CO),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and antidiuretic hormone(ADH)in experimental group were significantly improved,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physical pain,health status and social function in experimental group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xinyue Capsule has a significant effect on patients with chronic congestive heart failure,which is helpful to promote the recovery of BNP and ADH levels,stabilize patients'condition and improve their quality of life.
