摘要
为减少企业在云制造过程中的能耗,提出一种新的云制造资源优化组合方案。除充分考虑服务需求方在资源配置过程中关注的时间、成本、质量因素以及云平台运营方关注的可靠性、满意度因素外,增加云平台运营方对服务提供方在制造过程中产生的能耗约束,使用改进的NSGA-Ⅱ算法求解该多目标模型算例。计算结果表明:该模型在满足服务需求的同时,有效减少了服务提供方能耗,改进后的NSGA-Ⅱ比标准的NSGA-Ⅱ有更好的收敛性和有效性。
In order to reduce the energy consumption of enterprises in cloud manufacturing process,a new cloud manufacturing re-source optimization method is proposed. In addition to the time,cost and quality factors that service demanders paying attention to re-source allocation,as well as the reliability and satisfaction factors of cloud platform operators,the constraints of cloud platform opera-tors on the energy consumption of service providers in the manufacturing process are added. An improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used tosolve the multi-objective model. The results show that the model can meet the needs of service demanders and effectively reduce the en-ergy consumption of service providers. The improved NSGA-Ⅱ has better convergence and effectiveness than the standard NSGA-Ⅱ.
