摘要
为了探究不同种类十字花科植物挥发物成分的异同,利用顶空收集和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)方法对7种十字花科植物的挥发物成分进行了系统研究和比较。结果表明,7种十字花科植物共鉴定出81种化合物,其中,醇、酯、芳香烃、烷烃类有机物含量较高,其次为醛、酮、萜烯类;7种十字花科植物挥发物共有化合物种类为酯、醇、醛、烷烃、芳香烃类,共有成分为顺-3己烯醇;在芥菜、萝卜、菜心、甘蓝中鉴定出了十字花科特异性挥发物异硫氰酸酯类物质。试验结果可为十字花科植物病虫害的防治以及风味研究提供理论依据。
To explore the similarities and differences of volatile components in different species of Cruciferae plants,head-space and GC-MS techniques were used to systematically study and compare the volatile components of seven species of Cruciferae plants.The results showed that 81 compounds were identified from 7 species of Cruciferae,among which alcohols,esters,aromatic hydrocarbons and alkanes were the most abundant,followed by aldehydes,ketones and terpenes.Esters,alcohols,aldehydes,alkanes and aromatic hydrocarbons were the common compounds of 7 species of Cruciferae,and cis-3-hexenol was the common component.Isothiocyanates were identified from Brassica juncea,Raphanus sativus,Brassica campestris,Brassica oleracea.The results will provide theoretical basis for the control of Cruciferae plant diseases and insect pests and flavor research.
