摘要
为进一步提升北京市西瓜生产效益,促进北京市西瓜产业的可持续发展,本文运用文献研究法、问卷调查、访谈法等方法,深入了解当前北京市西瓜生产实际情况,运用Cobb-Douglas生产函数分析肥料与灌溉的投入对北京市西瓜生产收益产生的影响;构建北京市西瓜生产节肥技术效益指标体系,通过AHP-熵权法计算评价结果,比较分析在不同节肥技术下的效益值。结果表明:肥料投入与北京市西瓜生产经济效益成反比,灌溉投入可以增加北京市西瓜生产经济效益。其中“有机肥+膜下滴灌”的节肥技术使北京市西瓜生产节肥技术效益达到最佳。选择合适的节肥技术才能提高北京市西瓜生产综合效益,推动北京市西瓜产业的发展,应加快节肥技术在北京市西瓜生产过程中的应用与推广,大力发展西瓜生产节肥技术。
In order to further improve the watermelon production efficiency and promote the sustainable development of watermelon industry in Beijing,this article used literature research methods,questionnaire surveys,interviews and other methods to gain an in-depth understanding of the current situation of watermelon production in Beijing,aand nd used Cobb-Douglas production function to analyze the effect of the input of fertilizer and irrigation on watermelon production income in Beijing.We constructed the index system of Beijing watermelon production fertilizer-saving technology benefits,calculated the evaluation results by AHP-entropy weight method,and compared and analyzed the benefit value under different fertilizer-saving technologies.The results showed that fertilizer input was inversely proportional to the economic benefit of watermelon production in Beijing,and irrigation input could increase the economic benefit of watermelon production in Beijing.Among them,the “organic fertilizer+drip irrigation under film” fertilizer-saving technology made Beijing watermelon production fertilizer-saving technology benefit to the best.Choosing the right fertilizer-saving technology could improve the comprehensive benefits of watermelon production and promote the development of the watermelon industry in Beijing.The application and promotion of fertilizer-saving technology in the process of watermelon production in Beijing should be accelerated,and the technology of fertilizer-saving watermelon production should be vigorously developed.
