摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘技术研究李杰教授治疗大肠癌的临床用药及相关规律分析。方法:利用Excel 2010软件建立大肠癌处方数据库,使用IBM SPSS Statistics 25统计软件及IBM SPSS Modeler数据挖掘软件对处方数据进行频数分析、聚类分析及关联规则分析。结果:共采集李杰教授临床诊治大肠癌门诊病例103例,总诊次512次。核心处方由生黄芪、莪术、黄芩、仙鹤草、藤梨根、虎杖6味中药组成。结论:数据挖掘结果提示,气虚血瘀、湿热蕴结是大肠癌的核心病机,临床辨治以益气活血、清热利湿为主,根据大肠癌不同治疗阶段,兼以补脾益肺、利湿导滞、降气通腑、滋补肝肾等。本研究可为丰富中医药辨治大肠癌提供一定临床经验,为开展后续临床研究奠定基础。
Objective:To summarize the medication rule of Professor LI Jie in the treatment of colorectal cancer based on data mining methodology.Methods:The prescription database of colorectal cancer was established by using Excel 2010 software,and the frequency analysis,cluster analysis and association rule analysis of prescription data were carried out by using IBM SPSS statistics 25 software and IBM SPSS Modeler software.Results:A total of 103 patients with colorectal cancer treated by Professor Li Jie were collected,with a total of 512 times of prescription.The core prescription was composed of Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Curcumae,Radix Scutellariae,Herba Agrimoniae,Radix Actinidiae and Polygonum Cuspidatum.Conclusion:The results of data mining suggest that Professor Li Jie thinks that Qi deficiency and Blood-stasis,Damp-heat Accumulation are the core pathogenesis of colorectal cancer.Professor Li Jie's medication of colorectal cancer is mainly to Reinforcing-Qi and Activating Blood,Clearing Heat and Dissolving Dampness.According to the different stages of patients with colorectal cancer,Professor Li Jie's prescription includes Reinforcing Spleen and Nourishing Lung,Dissolving Dampness and Relaxing Bowels,Depressing Qi and Relaxing Bowels,Reinforcing Qi and Nourishing blood,Descending Adverse Qi for Stopping Vomiting,Tranquillization and Relieving Depression,Reinforcing Liver and Kidney,and Soothing Liver and Regulating Qi.This study provided clinical experience for enriching TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of colorectal cancer,laid the foundation for the future research.
