摘要
新时代背景下,企业面临更多的市场压力和发展过程中的挑战。企业想要突破发展瓶颈,就必须重视管理模式的创新。论文主要分析“互联网+”时代背景下企业管理创新的必要性和面临的问题,并进行创新路径的探析。
Under the background of new era,enterprises are facing more market pressure and challenges in the process of development.If enterprises want to break through the bottleneck of development,they must pay attention to the innovation of management mode.This paper mainly analyzes the necessity of enterprise management innovation under the background of"internet+"era and the problems it faces,and explores the paths of innovation.
