摘要
中医食疗融合了我国传统饮食文化与中医药学知识,具有较高的应用价值,中医认为"药食同源",药食互补互用,药借食味,食借药力,二者合用对于防病治病有着较好的疗效,符合传统养生观念。文章主要从辨证施调、三因制宜、食之有则方面,论述食疗养生的应用特点,以帮助人们正确认识和合理应用食疗养生。
Traditional Chinese dietetic therapy integrates traditional Chinese diet culture and knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine,which has high application value.Traditional Chinese medicine holds that‘medicine and food homology’.They complement each other,medicine and food mutual utilization.The combination of the two has a good effect on disease prevention and treatment,and conforms to the traditional concept of health maintenance.This article mainly makes an analysis on the application characteristics of dietetic therapy and health maintenance from the aspects of dietetic therapy based on syndrome differentiation,theory of three types and rules of dietetic therapy,so as to help people correctly understand and reasonably apply dietetic therapy and health maintenance.
