高温合金机器人柔性磨削表面完整性研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 柔性磨削一直是近年来磨削研究的热点,并越来越多地应用于航空高温合金部件的加工,而表面完整性决定了磨削工件的质量与性能,因此对柔性磨削表面完整性展开研究具有重要意义。针对机器人柔性磨削,总结了其加工特点与系统组成并重点阐述了智能控制的模型算法,从表面形貌、应力状态与组织结构3个方面梳理了近年来具有代表性的表面完整性演变机理与理论建模工作,并总结了表面完整性对高温合金部件疲劳强度与抗腐蚀性能的影响,提出了高温合金机器人柔性磨削的发展方向。 Compliant grinding has been a focus in the field of grinding in recent years,and is widely utilized in grinding/polishing aeronautical superalloy components.Considering the decisive effect of surface integrity on components’quality and performance,in–depth understanding of the surface integrity resulting from compliant grinding of the high-performance materials has great significance to the aerospace industry.The paper summarizes the manufacturing characteristics and system composition of robotic compliant grinding,especially the model and algorithm of intelligent control.It then reviews important evolution mechanism and theoretical modeling of surface integrity from three aspects including surface morphology,stress state and microstructure.Furthermore,the effects of surface integrity on fatigue strength and anti-corrosion performance of superalloy components are discussed.Finally,research directions of surface integrity in robotic compliant grinding of superalloys are presented.
