黑沟矿区露天开采矿岩可爆性分级研究 被引量:8

摘要 针对镜铁山矿业有限公司黑沟矿区现行爆破参数设计方法缺乏理论依据导致爆破质量不稳定的问题,分析了国内外矿岩可爆性分级方法,优选爆破作用指数法对黑沟矿区典型矿岩开展可爆性分级。在黑沟矿区典型矿岩赋存区域,基于室内岩石力学实验、现场波速实验和单孔爆破漏斗现场实验,获得岩石强度、室内及现场波速和矿岩的波阻抗数据;利用多旋翼摄影测量分析,获得爆破后矿岩的大块率、小块率、平均合格率等分级指标,提出一种基于现有爆破作用指数法评价可爆性的修正方法,完成了黑沟矿区典型矿岩可爆性分级。分级结果表明灰绿色千枚岩、镜铁矿、白云岩和铁质千枚岩的可爆性由易到难。爆破作用指数法及分级结果的修正方法能够准确描述岩体可爆性,对规范爆破设计,改善爆破效果,优化爆破经济指标具有重要意义。 Aiming at the problem that the blasting quality is unstable due to the lack of theoretical basis in the current design method of blasting parameters in Heigou mining area of Jingtieshan Mining Co.,Ltd.,the paper analyzes the domestic and foreign ore rock blastability classification methods,and optimizes the blasting action index method to carry out blastabili⁃ty classification for typical rocks in Heigou mining area.In the typical ore rock occurrence area of Heigou mining area,based on the indoor rock mechanics experiment,field wave velocity experiment and single hole blasting funnel field experiment,the rock strength,indoor and field wave velocity and wave impedance data of ore and rock are obtained.Based on multi rotor photogrammetry analysis,the classification indexes such as large block rate,small block rate and average qualified rate are obtained.A modified method based on the existing blasting action index method is proposed to evaluate the blastability of typ⁃ical ore and rock in Heigou mining area.The classification results show that the blastability from easy to difficult is gray green phyllite,specularite,dolomite and ferritic phyllite.The above classification method can accurately describe the blasta⁃bility of rock mass,which is of great significance for standardizing blasting design,improving blasting effect and optimizing blasting economic indexes.
