摘要
油库是石油能源供应链中的关键一环,是石油产品存放的关键场所,并在油品中转、油料集结、成品油供给等环节发挥着至关重要的作用,因此其承担着极为关键的安全职能。但受制于多种因素,油库仍然面临着诸多潜在的安全管理风险,亟待在实际的工作中加以破解和优化,避免油库安全事故的产生。据此,文章以油库安全管理为核心,探讨油库管理中存在的常见问题,提出改进建议。
The oil depot is a key link in the oil energy supply chain,a key place for the storage of petroleum products,and plays a vital role in the oil transfer,oil gathering,product oil supply and other links,so it undertakes a very critical safety function.However,restricted by many factors,the oil depot is still facing many potential safety management risks,which need to be solved and optimized in the actual work to avoid the occurrence of safety risks.Based on this,this paper takes the safety management of oil depot as the core,discusses the common problems existing in the management of oil depot,and put forward some improvement suggestions.
