摘要
目的了解在读护理硕士研究生患者安全胜任力现状并分析其影响因素,为进一步探索提高在读护理硕士研究生患者安全胜任力的方法提供参考。方法以5所高等院校116名在读护理硕士研究生为研究对象,调查一般资料和患者安全胜任力情况等,并对其影响因素进行分析。结果在读护理硕士研究生患者安全胜任力得分为(104.17±13.48)分,影响在读护理硕士研究生患者安全胜任力的因素主要包括年龄、是否有工作经验、工作或实习时间、是否学习过患者安全相关课程、工作或实习期间是否涉及过护患或医疗纠纷。结论在读护理硕士研究生的患者安全胜任力处于中等水平,护理教育者应注重患者安全方面的教育,制订患者安全课程并结合模拟练习,培养在读护理硕士研究生的患者安全意识,提高其患者安全胜任力。
Objective To investigate the current situation of patient safety competence of nursing master students and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for further exploring the methods to improve the patient safety competence of nursing master students.Methods A total of 116 nursing master students from 5 universities were selected as the research objects.The general information and patient safety competence were investigated,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The patient safety competence score was(104.17±13.48)in nursing master students,and the factors affecting their patient safety competence mainly included age,whether they had work experience,work or internship time,whether they had studied patient safety-related courses,whether they had been involved in nursing or medical disputes during their work or internship.Conclusion The patient safety competence of nursing master students is in the middle level.Nursing educators should pay attention to the education of patient safety,formulate patient safety courses and combine with simulation exercises,cultivate the patient safety awareness of nursing master students,and improve their patient safety competence.
