摘要
目的探讨奥拉西坦联合丁苯酞在脑出血患者中的治疗效果及对血清胱抑素C(cystatin C,Cys-C)、水通道蛋白4(aquaporin 4,AQP4)的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2020年2月本院收治的脑出血患者140例,根据治疗方法不同分为两组,每组70例。对照组男40例,女30例,年龄(68.7±1.2)岁;研究组男41例,女29例,年龄(68.9±1.2)岁。对照组给予奥拉西坦治疗,研究组给予奥拉西坦联合丁苯酞治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、生活能力、Cys-C、AQP4。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组[95.71%(67/70)比82.86%(58/70)],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组生活能力评分高于对照组[(78.4±10.2)分比(65.3±12.7)分](P<0.05);治疗后研究组血清Cys-C[(0.67±0.04)mg/L比(1.43±0.11)mg/L]、AQP4[(0.10±0.03)mg/L比(0.39±0.10)mg/L]水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论奥拉西坦联合丁苯酞在脑出血患者的治疗中,效果显著,值得应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of oxiracetam combined with butylphthalide in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and its effect on serum cystatin C(Cys-C)and aquaporin 4(AQP4).Methods A total of 140 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The control group[70 cases,including 40 males,30 females,aged(68.7±1.2)]was treated with oxiracetam and the study group[70 cases,including 41 males,29 females,aged(68.9±1.2)]was treated with oxiracetam combined with butylphthalide.The treatment outcomes,ability of living,serum Cys-C and AQP4 levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group[95.71%(67/70)vs.82.86%(58/70)](P<0.05).The living ability of the study group after treatment was higher than that of the control group[(78.4±10.2)points vs.(65.3±12.7)points](P<0.05);serum Cys-C[(0.67±0.04)mg/L vs.(1.43±0.11)mg/L]and AQP4[(0.10±0.03)mg/L vs.(0.39±0.10)mg/L]levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with cerebral hemorrhage,oxiracetam combined with butylphthalide has a significant effect and is worthy of application.
