摘要
齿轮传动在机械传动领域应用非常广泛,齿轮是齿轮传动装置的主要组成部分,齿轮的加工精度及效率直接影响整个齿轮传动装置的可靠性和制造周期。应用TRIZ创新方法理论对齿轮装夹系统进行创新设计,获得6种解决方案,申请4项实用新型专利,并结合老车间传统加工工艺和新园区智能化建设实际情况应用加权评价方法确定最优方案。
Gear transmission is widely used in the field of mechanical device.Gears are the main component of gear transmission.The machining accuracy and efficiency of gears directly affect the reliability and manufacturing cycle of the gear transmission.Through the theory of TRIZ innovation method,we obtained six solutions about the gear clamping system,and applied for four utility model patents.Combined with the traditional processing technology of the old workshop and the smart manufacturing of the new workshop,the weighted evaluation approach is applied to determine the optimal solution.
