摘要
目的研究不典型急性心肌梗死患者的临床护理的应用效果。方法选取在2018年2月至2018年9月来我院就诊的56例不典型急性心肌梗死患者,设为观察组和对照组,每组28例。对照组:常规护理;观察组:在常规护理的基础上应用急救护理。结果观察组患者的护理满意度与对照组相比较高(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组并发症发生率较低(P<0.05)。结论急救护理应用于不典型急性心肌梗死患者的临床护理中,提高了护理满意度,降低并发症的发生。
Objective to study application effect of clinical nursing for patients with atypical acute myocardial infarction.Methods We chose 56 patients with atypical acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from February 2018 to September 2018 as observation group and control group,with 28 cases in each group.Control group:routine nursing;observation group:emergency care based on routine nursing.Results The patients in observation group had higher nursing satisfaction than in control group (P<0.05).Compared with control group,observation group had lower incidence of complications (P<0.05).Conclusion emergency nursing can improve nursing satisfaction and reduce complications incidence in clinical nursing of patients with atypical acute myocardial infarction.
