摘要
支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中生物标志物的产生和消退与肺部炎症相关,能反映肺部感染性炎症的发生发展,包括炎症标志物、细胞因子及其他某些酶类,如降钙素原、肿瘤坏死因子-α及α-淀粉酶等。但BALF中生物标志物的检测结果易受标本质量、采集前抗生素的使用等因素的影响,因此,在不同的研究中生物标志物对呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的诊断效能表现不一。在标准化检测条件下,探寻特异、敏感、高效的BALF生物标志物和生物标志物组合辅助提高VAP的准确性成为未来研究的热点。
The production and resolution of biomarkers in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF),including inflammatory markers,cytokines,and certain other enzymes,such as procalcitonin,tumor necrosis factor-α and α-amylase,etc.,is related to lung inflammation,which can reflect the occurrence and development of lung infectious inflammation.However,the detection results of the biomarkers in BALF are easily affected by many factors such as the quality of specimens and the use of anti-biotics before sample collection.Therefore,the diagnostic performance of the biomarkers on ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP)varies in different studies.Exploring specific,sensitive and efficient BALF biomarkers and biomarker combinations to help improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of VAP under standardized detection conditions will become a research hotspot in the future.
