综采工作面采煤机和刮板输送机运行速度协同控制研究 被引量:11

摘要 为了提高综采工作面煤炭回采效率,以山阳矿3501综采工作面为研究对象,针对采面回采煤层量加导致刮板输送机频繁出现过载停机问题,提出通过采煤机和刮板输送机运行速度协同控制来实现运行速度匹配。具体是通过传感器监测刮板输送机运行状态,并根据刮板输送机负载情况调整采煤机割煤速度,从而确保刮板输送机正常运行的情况下提高采面煤炭回采效率。现场应用后,刮板输送机未再出现过载停机问题,为3501综采工作面高效回采创造了良好条件。 In order to improve the efficiency of coal mining in fully mechanized mining face,the 3501 fully mechanized mining face of Shanyang Mine was taken as the research object.In view of the frequent overload and shutdown problems of the scraper conveyor caused by the increase in the amount of coal in the mining face,the coal mining machine and scraper The running speed of the slab conveyor is coordinated to control the running speed to match.Specifically,the sensor monitors the operating status of the scraper conveyor,and adjusts the coal cutting speed of the shearer according to the load of the scraper conveyor,so as to ensure that the scraper conveyor is operating normally and improve the coal mining efficiency of the face.After the field application,the scraper conveyor no longer has the problem of overload and shutdown,which creates good conditions for efficient mining at 3501 fully mechanized mining face.
