摘要
新中国成立初期,我国受到了来自苏联的方方面面的影响,城市建设也不例外。在北京,城市居住区的规划思想在当时学习苏联的背景下依次经历了三次转变:“居住邻里单位”“苏维埃大街坊”和“居住小区”。文章以时间为顺序对这三种规划思想的主要内容进行梳理和总结,并对这三种思想指导下的住宅区实例进行简单介绍。
During the initial stage of People's Republic of China,nation-building was deeply influenced by the Soviet Union,including urban construction.In Beijing,the guiding ideology of designs of urban residing areas underwent three transformations under influences of SUUR:"Neighborhood Unit","Soviet Superblock"and"housing estate".The paper mainly concludes and summarys these three planning ideas in chronological order,and briefly introduces the examples of residential areas built under the guidance of these three ideas during that time in Beijing.
