摘要
高精密电主轴广泛应用于数控机床领域。本文以FANUC加工中心WEISS电主轴为研究对象,开展电主轴运行性能检测系统的研制工作。首先通过对电主轴结构与工作原理进行解析,进而分析确立电主轴运行性能关键指标及验证策略;最后,结合现场实例全面介绍检测系统及应用。
High precision motorized spindle is widely used in the field of CNC machine tools.In this paper Weiss’motorized spindles in FANUC machining center are taken as the research object to develop a performance testing system for motorized spindles.Firstly,the structure and working principle of electric spindle are analyzed,and then the key performance indexes of electric spindle are analyzed and the verification strategy is established.Finally,combined with a field example,the technology and application of the detection system are introduced.
