摘要
大跨度铁路连续梁多采用悬臂浇筑法施工,安庆至九江石门湖特大桥100 m主跨现浇连续梁,结合现场实际情况,确定采用支架现浇法施工。通过对两种方案进行比选,从质量、安全、工期、成本等方面论证施工方案变更的可行性和可控性。根据现浇连续梁施工节段划分及浇筑顺序,优化大跨度连续梁现浇支架设计,加强混凝土质量控制,顺利完成连续梁施工。
Long-span railway continuous beams are commonly built by the cantilever casting method.However,the cast-in-place continuous beam of the 100 m main span of the Shimenhu Mega Bridge of the Anqing-Jiujiang Railway is,upon the basis of considering the actual conditions of the site,to be built by the support-cast-in-place method.Through the comparison and selection of the two schemes,the feasibility and controllability of the construction scheme change are demonstrated from the aspects of quality,safety,construction period and cost.According to the construction section division and pouring sequence of the cast-in-place continuous beam,the cast-in-place support design of the large-span continuous beam is optimized,with the concrete quality control measures strengthened,as a result of which the construction of the continuous beam is successfully completed.
