摘要
植物精油作为一种新型的绿色饲料添加剂,具有来源广、无残留、无毒副作用等特点,应用于畜牧生产中可增强动物机体的免疫、抑菌、抗炎、抗病和抗应激能力,还具有调节胃肠道菌群平衡、改善畜产品品质等诸多功效。本文综述了植物精油的提取工艺、生物学作用以及近年来植物精油在动物养殖中的应用,为其科学运用提供参考依据。
As a new type of green feed additive,essential oil has the characteristics of wide source,no residue,no side effects and so on.After being applied in the breeding industry,it can not only enhance the immunity,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,disease resistance and anti-stress ability of the body,but also regulate the balance of gastrointestinal flora,improve the quality of animal products and so on.In this paper,the physical properties,extraction technology and biological functions of essential oil and its application in animal production were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the scientific application of essential oil in animal production.
