紧凑型连续大变倍比枪瞄镜光学系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 为适应单兵平台的需求,设计了一款1^(×)-8^(×) 紧凑型连续大变倍比枪瞄镜。阐述了紧凑型连续大变倍比枪瞄镜的设计方法及思路,根据设计指标进行物镜、中继系统、目镜的指标分解及高斯光学计算,初步评估整体光学系统的包络尺寸和复杂程度,依据高斯光学计算结果对枪瞄镜各组成部分单独进行光学设计和评价。解决了连续大变倍比枪瞄镜设计过程中大变倍比中继系统的倍率选择,等效物镜与目镜的光瞳匹配,以及中间像面分化板处的像质评价等问题。最终的设计结果表明:枪瞄镜物镜口径φ24mm,目镜口径φ36mm,光学系统总长228mm,高倍端偏心.(0.01 mm)引起的瞄线误差约为20″。系统结构紧凑,成像质量优良,满足目视光学仪器的使用要求。 In order to meet the needs of individual soldier platforms,a 1^(×)-8^(×) compact continuous high zoom-ratio gun sighting telescope was designed.The design method and thinking of the gun sighting telescope was expounded.Firstly,the index decomposition and Gaussian optical calculation of objective lens,relay system and eyepiece were carried out according to the design index,so as to preliminarily evaluate the envelope size and complexity of the whole optical system.Then,according to the Gaussian optical calculation results,the optical design and evaluation of each component of the lens were carried out separately.Particularly,three problems were solved,such as the power ratio selection of relay system in the design of continuous high zoom-ratio gun sighting telescope,the matching of pupil between equivalent objective lens and eyepiece,and the evaluation of image quality at the middle image plane differentiation plate.The design results show that the objective lens diameter isϕ24 mm,the eyepiece diameter isϕ36 mm,the total optical length is 228 mm,and the line of sight error caused by the eccentricity error(0.01 mm)at the high magnification end is about 20″.The system has a compact structure and good imaging quality,which meets the requirements for the use of visual optical instruments.
