摘要
研究硫化体系对丁苯橡胶(SBR)/天然橡胶(NR)并用胶性能的影响。结果表明:当硫化体系的总有效硫质量份为0.86时,在硫化剂S-80用量为0.8份、促进剂TMTD用量为0.4份、硫化剂DTDM-80用量为1.5份时,并用胶的综合性能最佳,适用于大多数橡胶制品的生产;在促进剂TMTD的用量为0.4份时,硫化剂S-80和DTDM-80的配比对并用胶的物理性能和耐热老化性能均有很大影响,通过调整硫化剂S-80和DTDM-80的用量,可以得到适用于不同场合的、综合性能优异的SBR/NR并用胶。
The effect of curing system on the properties of SBR/NR blends was studied.The results showed that,when the effective sulfur content in the curing system was 0.86,the amount of curing agent S-80 was 0.8 phr,the amount of accelerator TMTD was 0.4 phr and the amount of curing agent DTDM-80 was 1.5 phr,the comprehensive properties of SBR/NR blends were the best,which was suitable for the production of most rubber products.When the amount of accelerator TMTD was 0.4 phr,the ratio of curing agent S-80 and DTDM-80 had a great influence on the physical properties and heat aging resistance of the blends.By adjusting the amount of curing agent S-80 and DTDM-80,SBR/NR blends with excellent comprehensive properties could be obtained.
