摘要
近年,各国对环境保护的重视程度不断增加,致使全球木材供应量逐渐降低,因此竹材作为木材的弥补品,它的合理利用与开发越来越受到重视。目前在竹材加工领域已有成熟的断竹机、裂竹机、去隔机等竹加工机械,而缺乏专业的去节机。为了解决这一问题,提高竹材生产效率,提出设计一种不受竹坯筒内径大小影响的快速去竹节机,其是根据竹节与竹壁强度不同的特点,利用高压空气冲破竹节。对该去节机的夹持机构、液压系统、控制电路、冲气机构、主体框架进行具体设计。整体设计思路如下:(1)对竹坯筒进行去节试验,验证该去节想法可行性,且通过试验获得的数据,可作为冲节、夹持机构设计的重要依据;(2)设计竹坯筒的夹持机构,以确定传动系统的传动行程;(3)根据所得试验数据和夹持机构中所要求的行程,进行传动机构的设计和计算;(4)进行冲气机构的设计,以达到便捷去节的目的;(5)设计主体框架。
In recent years,due to the increasing attention to environmental protection in various countries,the global supply of wood has been gradually reduced.Therefore,as a compensation for wood,the reasonable utilization and development of bamboo have been paid more and more attention.At present in the field of bamboo processing has mature bamboo machine,broken bamboo machine,to separate the machine and other bamboo processing machinery,and the lack of professional to knot machine.In order to solve this problem and improve the production efficiency of bamboo,this paper proposes to design a fast stripper which is not affected by the diameter of bamboo billet barrel.According to the different strength characteristics of bamboo joints and bamboo walls,high pressure air is used to break through the bamboo joints.The clamping mechanism,hydraulic system,control circuit,impulse mechanism and main frame are designed.The overall design idea is as follows:(1)The bamboo billet barrel is tested to verify that the idea is feasible,and the data obtained through the test can be used as an important basis for the design of punching and clamping mechanism;(2)Designed the clamping mechanism of the bamboo billet to determine the transmission stroke of the transmission system;(3)Design and calculate the transmission mechanism according to the obtained test data and the required stroke of the clamping mechanism;(4)Design the inflating mechanism to achieve the purpose of convenient going to the festival;(5)Design the main frame.
