摘要
为了研究不同浓度硫酸改性偏高岭土催化剂对甲醇制二甲醚性能的影响,制备出一系列不同浓度硫酸改性偏高岭土催化剂,并对催化剂进行表征分析和活性测试。结果表明,偏高岭土经过硫酸改性后,随着酸浓度的增加,催化剂表面出现明显的B酸和L酸,且L酸中心数目是催化剂合成二甲醚的主要影响因素;随着硫酸浓度增加,酸改性偏高岭土催化剂中高岭石的特征峰逐渐消失;当改性偏高岭土的酸浓度大于10%时,甲醇转化率和二甲醚收率均大于91%。
In order to study the effect of sulfuric acid modification on performance of metakaolin catalysts for methanol to dimethyl ether,a series of metakaolin catalysts modified with sulfuric acid of different concentrations were prepared,and the catalysts were characterized and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of acid concentration,obvious B acid and L acid appear on the surface of the catalyst,and the number of L acid centers is the main factor affecting the synthesis of dimethyl ether over the catalyst;With the increase of sulfuric acid concentration,the characteristic peaks of kaolinite in the modified meta kaolin catalyst gradually disappear;When the acid concentration is greater than 10%,the conversion of methanol and the yield of dimethyl ether are both greater than 91%.
