摘要
为探究离子色谱法在检测工作场所空气中环己胺中的应用价值。本文选取某化工厂生产原料的过程中含环己胺的工作场所作为采样地点,采用离子色谱法检测工作场所中环己胺含量,同时对离子色谱法精密度与回收率、解吸效率、采样效率及其他阳离子干扰性行实验分析。结果显示离子色谱法检测工作场所空气中环己胺回收率为93.3%~94.0%,RSD为3.2%~5.6%;解吸效率为97.93%~99.30%;采样效率为99.90%~100.00%;K~+、Na~+和Li~+出峰时间为3.7~4.0 min,Ca~(2+)和Mg~(2+)出峰时间为4.0~6.0 min,环己胺出峰时间为8.7min;采样地点工作场所空气中环己胺含量为2.2~3.5 mg/m~3。可见离子色谱法针在工作场所检测空气中环己胺价值较高,具有较高的精准度与回收率,且解吸效率和采样效率极高,不易受其他易洗脱阳离子干扰。
This paper intends to make a study on the application value of ion chromatography for the determination of cyclohexylamine in workplace air.We selected the production workplace where the raw materials contain cyclohexylamine to take samples in a chemical factory.The cyclohexylamine in workplace air was determined by ion chromatography,and the experimental analysis was made on the precision,recovery rate,desorption efficiency and sampling efficiency of cyclohexylamine of ion chromatography,and interference by other positive ions.It was determined by ion chromatography that the recovery rate of cyclohexylamine in workplace air was 93.3%-94.0%with RSD of 3.2%-5.6%;the desorption efficiency was 97.93%-99.30%;the sampling efficiency was 99.90%-100.00%;the peak time of K+,Na+and Li+was 3.7-4.0 min,the peak time of Ca2+and Mg2+was 4.0-6.0 min,and the peak time of cyclohexylamine was 8.7 min;the cyclohexylamine in workplace air at the sampling site was 2.2-3.5 mg/m3.The ion chromatography is of high value for the determination of cyclohexylamine in workplace air,with high precision and recovery rate,very high desorption efficiency and sampling efficiency,and not easily interfered by other easily eluted cations.
