摘要
为研究不同烟秆生物质炭施用量对中低海拔烟区烤烟产质量及根际土壤理化性质的影响,旨在明确中低海拔烟区最佳的烟秆生物质炭施用量,并为今后开展烟秆生物质炭应用提供一定的科学依据和理论支撑。设4个生物质炭施用量(A1:0 g/株、A2:80 g/株、A3:160 g/株、A4:240 g/株)处理,测定不同处理下的农艺性状、经济性状、外观质量、化学成分、土壤理化性质等指标。结果表明:A3处理的株高和产量最高,而A2处理的茎围、最大叶长、最大叶宽、均价、产值和中上等烟比例则最优,且A2处理对优化烤后烟叶外观质量和化学成分效果最为显著。另外,A3处理可提高根际土壤全氮含量,A2处理对全磷、速效氮和速效磷含量方面促进作用明显,A2、A3处理均有较高的全钾含量,但施用生物质炭对根际土壤速效钾含量无显著促进作用。综上,80 g/株的烟秆生物质炭施用对中低海拔烟区烤烟产质量、根际土壤理化性质的改良效果最好。
In order to study the effects of different application rates of tobacco stem biochar on the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco and the physical and chemical properties of rhizospheric soil in low and medium altitude tobacco growing areas,the best application amount of tobacco stem biochar in low and middle altitude tobacco growing areas was determined,and certain scientific basis and theoretical support were provided for the application of tobacco stem biochar in the future.Four biochar application rates(A1:0 g/plant,A2:80 g/plant,A3:160 g/plant,A4:240 g/plant)were used to determine the agronomic characters,economic characters,appearance quality,chemical composition and soil physical and chemical properties under different treatments.The results showed that A3 treatment had the highest plant height and yield,while A2 treatment had the best stem circumference,maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width,average price,output value and the proportion of medium and high grade tobacco,and A2 treatment had the most significant effect on optimizing the appearance quality and chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco leaves.In addition,A3 treatment could increase the content of total nitrogen in rhizospheric soil,and A2 treatment had a significant promotion effect on the content of total phosphorus,available nitrogen and available phosphorus.The content of total potassium was higher in A2 and A3 treatments,but biochar had no significant effect on the content of available potassium in rhizospheric soil.In conclusion,80 g/plant of tobacco stalk biochar had the best effect on improving the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco and the physical and chemical properties of rhizospheric soil.
