摘要
目的评定案例式教学方法配合循证思维教学方式实施在血液学检验教学中的价值。方法参照组调查数据指标资料来自2019年1-7月接受血液学检验方面教学的20名学生,该组别运用常规教学方法,试验组调查数据指标资料来自2020年1-7月接受血液学检验方面教学的20名学生,该组别运用案例式教学方法配合循证思维教学方式,研究两组考查分值结果、对血液学检验方面教学方式认可、实践能力。结果试验组学生血液学检验各个方面考查分值结果优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生对血液学检验方面教学方式认可具体状况优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组学生实践方面能力具体调查状况优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在构建血液学检验方面教学新方法中选用案例式教学方法配合循证思维教学方式表现较好教学效果。
Objective To evaluate the value of case-based teaching methods combined with evidence-based thinking teaching methods in hematology testing.Methods The survey data of the reference group were from 20 students who were taught in hematology testing from January to July 2019.The group used conventional teaching methods.The survey data of the test group were from 20 students who received hematology testing teaching in Jannuary to July 2020.This group used case-based teaching methods with evidence-based thinking teaching methods to study the scores of two groups testing and recognize the teaching methods of hematology testing,practical ability.Results The test scores of students in the test group were better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the students in the test group recognized the specific status of the teaching methods of hematology test compared with the reference group being better,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the specific survey status of students'practical ability in the test group was better than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the construction of new teaching methods in hematology testing,the case-based teaching method combined with the evidence-based thinking teaching method has a better teaching effect.
