一种新型升压18脉波自耦变压整流器的研究 被引量:6

摘要 为使多脉波整流器满足某些特定升压场合对输出直流电压的需求,该文对星形自耦变压器进行优化设计,提出一种直流侧输出电压可变的低容量新型18脉波自耦变压整流器。基于18脉波整流器对新型自耦变压器结构的要求,确定新型自耦变压器的相量图及各绕组之间的匝比关系,设计自耦变压器升压拓扑,给出拓扑的升压范围,分析其工作原理,详细推导电压增益与输入电流总谐波含量、输出直流电压以及整流器所用2种磁性器件等效容量之间的基本关系与变化规律,比较几种不同结构升压整流器系统等效容量。理论分析、仿真结果表明,所提出的自耦变压整流器不仅能够实现18脉波整流,而且具有系统功率密度高,体积小等优点,适合运用于三相四线制升压整流场合。 In order for the multi-pulse rectifier to meet the requirement of the output DC voltage in some step-up occasions, the traditional star-autotransformer is optimally designed and a low capacity 18-pulse auto-transformer rectifier unit(ATRU) with variable output DC voltage is studied in this paper. According to the requirement of the18-pulse rectifier on the autotransformer, the phasor diagram of the new-type autotransformer and the turn ratio of the winding were confirmed. The step-up topology of the autotrandformer was designed, and the step-up rang of the topology was given. The basic operational principle of the proposed ATRU was analyzed in detail, and the essential relationship between the voltage gain and the total harmonic current of the input current, and the output DC voltage and the total equivalent capacity of the ATRU were deduced considerately. The total equivalent capacity of system in 18-pulse ATRU with different structures were compared. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed rectifier with the new-type connected autotransformer can realize the 18-pulse rectification, has the merits of high power density and small volume, which is suitable to be used in the step-up rectification with three-phase four-wire.
