摘要
电动汽车的电驱系统对提升整车动力性和经济性起关键作用。文章分析研究了近几年电驱系统整体发展水平和先进技术搭载情况。其中,扁导线电机的研发得到突破,部分企业开始装配扁导线电机以提升功率密度。"3合1"电驱系统集成化得到更大范围的应用,有效提升整车性能。在未来,高效小型化电机、多级减速器以及新型SiC功率模块将是重要发展方向。不足之处是电机控制器功率密度整体偏低,自主研发和生产电机控制器的技术仍较国外有一定差距。
The electric drive system of electric vehicles plays a key role in improving the power and economy of the vehicle.This article analyzes and studies the development level of the electric drive system and the carrying situation of advanced technology in recent years.The research and development of Hair-pin motor has made breakthroughs,and some companies have begun to assemble Hair-pin motor to increase power density.The integration of the"3 in 1"electric drive system has been applied in a wider range,effectively improving the performance of the vehicle.In the future,high-efficiency and miniaturized motors,multi-stage transmission and new SiC power modules is the main directions.The disadvantage is the overall low power density of the motor controller;independent research and production of motor controller technology still has a certain gap compared with foreign countries.
